Long-term agent memory: remember episodes, recall them later, and check whether the memory plane is healthy. This is the public Cortex Memory MCP.

OpenAPI and worked examples live on /capabilities. Connect on /setup. Login is Microsoft first, then consent. After consent, paste the full callback address (Full callback address).
Failure handling
Do not open origin-root /authorize. That is Next.js and will 404. The AS is https://dev.conduir.ai/identity/authorize. A working URL must include redirect_uri= and resource=https://dev.conduir.ai/memory.
If the address bar is only /identity/authorize?response_type=code&client_id=…&code_challenge=… the URL was truncated. Re-run login and open the full printed URL.
Copy this across to the machine running the client.
This expires in 5 minutes and can be used once. If it lapses, start the login again.
If login worked then reconnect 401, remove and add the server so the client re-reads PRM.
